For our international business unit we offer a job position of CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES SUPPORT SPANISH AND ENGLISH

The candidate must be available to start within April 2018.

Job duties
  • Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
  • Checks inventory to make sure requested product is available
  • Place or cancel orders
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions

The ideal candidate will possess the following competencies:

  • Spanish mother tongue or C1/C2 level
  • Speak good English and Italian
  • Be enthusiastic and dependable
  • Be able to achieve high customer satisfaction
  • Have good organisational skills
